Prem Ministries India

The mission of Prem Ministries is to bring the light of Jesus to the great land
of India. More specifically, the current focus is in the city of Ranchi, Jharkhand, in the northeastern part of India.

It is believed that a decade ago, Christians accounted for only 2.5 % of the population.
Today it is reported to be at 5.8%. While this still seems like a very small amount, praise
the Lord, it is a growing number.

Opportunities abound for ministry to children, teaching about the sanctity of life,
assisting with medical needs, and a genuine Gospel witness. Prem is also
coming alongside pastors who are serving their communities.

At this time Sangit and Laurel Karuan are stationed in Ranchi, India as long term missionaries. Sangit grew up in India and is fluent in local languages.

Prem Ministries is providing guidance and financial support for this open door. Your
prayers and financial partnership are welcome and can make a big difference in
reaching this region with the Gospel.

It is exciting and rewarding to see the light of Jesus reflected in the faces of
those set free by the life-changing power of the Gospel in this dark land!
